Thank you for your members enquiry relating to a dog attack on another dog.
The Council does not employ an Animal Warden. Our stray dogs service is contracted out to Islington Council, and they will only deal with strays. I am suprised they didnt ring her back to discuss this and will raise this with them. In this case the dog has an owner and the issue relates to financial compensation between the resident and the person whose dog attacked her dog. This is a civil matter.
