Dear Department,
I would like to get some clarity on the following:
- When was the last time Enfield Council’s clean streets team visited and carried out some cleaning operations along Gladeside N14?
- When do the council next plan to visit the particular road?
- If the answer to one and two is never, then can we expect a team to go and give the guttering a clean sweep anytime soon?
These questions come because it has come to my attention that residents along this stretch of road and not satisfied with the quality of street cleaning they are receiving.
Hope we can get some answers to get the ball rolling.

Thank you for your recent e-mail raising your constituents’ concerns about the standard of cleanliness in Gladeside N14.
A thorough cleanse has been carried out and the team who visit every Tuesday have been reminded of the standards they are required to achieve. The area senior chargehand will regularly monitor the team’s work.
