We refer to your constituent enquiry regarding large commercial vehicles parking overnight in their road.
There is a London wide waiting ban on commercial vehicles that have a gross vehicle weight of 5 or more tonnes and operates between the hours of 6.30pm and 8am.
Any request for enforcement is forwarded to the parking contractor to send an officer to the location and carry out enforcement. If your constituent can provide the location, we can arrange for enforcement.
If they believe the location requires additional restrictions to prevent parking at the location, please contact the Traffic and Transportation Team (traffic@enfield.gov.uk) who are responsible for introducing and amending restrictions.
