Thank you for contacting Highways in relation to the condition of footways on the Lakes Estate and apologies for the delay in our response. The Lakes estate is made up of 9 separate roads of which Conway Road is the only one specifically brought to our attention to date. I will contact the Highway inspector for the area to see if he can advise which of the footways across the estate he considers to be in the worst state so that we can carry out a footway condition survey to see if they score high enough to be considered for footway renewal works over the coming years.

Does the council have a plan for the pavements in the Lakes estate as we are receiving reports from members of the poor condition and that some residents are opting to use the road.
