This specific matter is affecting my families sleep and well-being There is a loose manhole cover outside our house, which has been reported on several occasions over the past months. It is extremely noisy through the day and particularly loud at night. It sounds like firing a shotgun every time a car passes over the manhole cover. Both my ring doorbell and CCTV pick up the constant loud bang every time a vehicle drives over the manhole cover, of course this is made worse, with the increase of traffic on Winchmore Hill Road since the LTN.
I urge anyone from the local authority to visit at 3am or anytime to hear for themselves the damaging sound.If you can offer any assistance to get this resolved, we would be extremely grateful. The rough address is next to Marks and Spencer 21 Winchmore Hill Road
