Dear Department,
There is an ongoing issue on the private land at the front of The Bourne, specifically no.2
This area is being used literally as a scrapyard, and residents are concerned that the area is not being kept well.
In addition this is in a conservation area, and the resident should know better about protecting their listed front brick wall etc.
Please can we get a site visit and tell them to solve asap.

Thank you for your enquiry concerning the condition of the front garden of 2 The Bourne, N14, which falls within a conservation area.
I visited the location yesterday and took photos of the accumulations. Having assessed and discussed this with Rob Oles, Planning Enforcement Manager, it has been decided that his team will investigate this and will consider enforcement action under the Town and Country Planning Act – Section 215 and will advise you accordingly when possible to do so, given the current circumstances.
