Dear department, BP,
This charger has only just been installed, less than two weeks now, and I have never seen it working. I have an EV and am frustrated that after calling customer services five times and mentioning you on Twitter to give you a nudge- still I haven’t even had a response.
Poor service, hasn’t been fixed, and residents are laughing at what is supposed to be a piece of positive progress.
