A simple query here.
Will the Council be looking to adopt a similar system to that of Haringey Council where the parking solutions offered only reaches those who have ordinary phones and smart phones? If the Council does look to go down such a route, what is the assistance offered for those visiting hospitals and clinics which may not be able to navigate through this?Will the Council look to implement RingGO instead of Dash payment system, as residents and businesses in and around Enfield Southgate have expressed their concerns about its difficulty in working properly.

We have no plans to operate in the way you describe Haringey do. We are in the process of moving our cashless option from Dash to PaybyPhone, this will take place during February.
