Highways Services have obtained a quotation to replace the broken finger sign. The cost is in the region of £4,000. Highway Services have indicated that they are unable to fund this from the highway repair and maintenance budget. Officers are currently exploring alternative options for funding these works.

Can I please ask for an update on what the council is doing regarding the finger post on Southgate roundabout that it should’ve been replaced by now it is a piece of extreme heritage and should be replaced as soon as possible. Thank you
