Dear Cllr Stephanos Ioannou,
We have been unable to empty the waste containers at Fretwell House due not being able to gain access to the property.
The two fobs that we have for this property are faulty and not working, my colleague has been in contact with the managing agents for them to send us replacement fobs or issue us codes for the gates. He has left his contact details with them again today and is waiting for a call back.
Once we have the codes to the gates we will be able to pass this to the operation team and they will be able to arrange an urgent collection.
