Thank you for your email regarding the location of the bins following the sale of the garage area at Ivy Road N14.
I am the estate operations manager, responsible for the caretaking service with in the councils housing stock. A key part of my role is to ensure the overall cleanliness meets the customer expectation.
I will attend the estate this afternoon to see if a more suitable alternative location is available with in the estate. It may that all the bins are moved to the first carpark as you come into Ivy Road or alternatively, they could be split between the hard standing space outside 1 – 24 Manesty Court and the rear bin area of 47 – 54 Ivy Road.
I will provide a further update via email following todays estate visit.
