Dear Department,
Along the Meadway and Greenway interchange the current state of the landscaping means residents coming out of their drives cannot see oncoming vehicles. The overgrown heading means that the view is restricted and this poses safety concerns. Can we please therefore look to get a member of the maintenance team to go and trim the area so that this issue is resolved.

Thank you for your enquiry 6th June 2019 regarding your concerns about the current state of hedging maintenance along the Greenway interchange with the Meadway.
I can inform you that the shrub beds in this area are programmed to be visited by our Ground Maintenance Contractor this month, within the next 15 days, however I have requested that they re-schedule this location and prioritise the area higher on their programme, due to the safety concerns.
