Thank you for making contact with me regarding your enquiry.
As previously detailed none of the Councils operational team have visited the site and completed any test digs of any nature, we have no explanation for this activity.
In relation to the pooling of water, we have requested our gulley cleaning machine visit the streets and perform cleaning to allow for a dispersal of water, to remove this issue.
