Thank you for your query regarding issues with the Access Rd, Orchard Avenue N14.

Checks have shown that all the access roads/alley ways leading to the rear of properties on Orchard Avenue are privately owned and are not managed by the Council. I also have no record of the Council installing an alley gate on any of the alley ways in Orchard Avenue, N14.

Please can you provide further details regarding the location of the Access Road on Orchard Avenue. I am also unclear what residents are using to block access and whether access is being blocked at the entrance of the access road or within the access road.

On Orchard Ave in Southgate N14 there is an issue with the Access Rd whereby it is continuously unlocked and it is managed by the local authority. This is caused significant Dumping and negligence by neighbours who keep on putting their neighbours in front of blocking access. Can I please ask if the council are looking to secure the gate for this access Rd? Thank you.
