Thank you for your enquiry concerning the Alan Pullinger centre.
As you are no doubt aware the Council keeps all property assets under review and the Alan Pullinger centre is no exception. We do this to determine whether they continue to meet service needs and the requirements of the Corporate Plan , costs in use are acceptable and the buildings themselves are not functionally obsolete.
Given the above, I cannot comment at this stage whether or not the above asset will be placed on a disposal listing as further work would be needed to determine whether or not the asset meets the above objectives.
I can however confirm that there is no Cabinet authority in place for its sale as things stand at present.
