Thank you for your enquiry. Please be advised that I will be issuing a Community Protection Warning to the owners of the premises. The warning will require that they cease obstructing the highway. If the warning is breached a Community Protection Notice will be issued. If the Notice is subsequently breached we will have the authority to remove any goods from the highway and may take further enforcement action.

The shop on 62 High Street, Souhgate N14. This shop has time and time again been in breach of obstructing the pavemnet and has done so again. When are we going to finaly penalise the shop once and for all? Makes the place look a mess and is awful.
