We are aware of this location, and this is an ongoing issue.
The ward van team clear this when possible and safe however, this is a problematic location. We have raised this with the relevant departments for further assistance with us.

Contributor’s Response: Waste Enforcement have had no dealings with this premises recently. Mr Johnston is operating from a closed premises selling items to make money. The pavement selling is not a WEU matter and there is no enforcement action to be taken by us at this time.

This has to stop now. Every day and every week we keep getting the same issue from the same nuisance resident. Can we please ask licensing to stop pavement trading and go there with a truck and clear him out! We do not need to ask politely anymore, this is a nuisance! Can I please ask for an update on the plans to bring this person to court and or if they have also been fined?
