Response details:
Dear Cllr Stephanos Ioannou,
Firstly, thank you for your kind words and appreciation to the bollards that have been installed. We hope they at least minimise the illegal activity and use of the footway.
Unfortunately, under the Routine and Reactive section we will not be installing any further bollards as this I’m sure you will agree, this is not the best way forward being costly and with long term maintenance issues.
We have and will continue to notify our parking section of the vehicle activity here, and we are sure they will do as much as possible to schedule more frequent visits to catch those parking inconsiderately .
It would be helpful, as you have done here with this enquiry, send any future parking problems direct to our parking services.
I hope this helps

Original enquiry description:
Good morning team. Firstly, I want to say a big thank you for installing more bollards along Chase Rd. This is an improvement to the situation before and I’m grateful that the department had found the funds and they were able to do this.
The issue, however, has not gone and people are now beginning to park a little bit further down, as you can see from the image attached.
Can I please get some advice on if the department will have to pass this over to parking or if more bollards is another potential solution?
Please do let me know as it is an issue that keeps on resurrecting even after minor improvements have been made. I am even lost myself.
