The Council?s Cabinet have confirmed their decision that a number of libraries (Southgate, Winchmore Hill, John Jackson, Enfield Island Village, Enfield Highway, Angel/Raynham, Bullsmoor) will cease operations from the 7th July 2025, however, consideration of options for re-purposing or modification for alternative service use or letting or sale to third parties is still under consideration.
If any properties are offered for sale/to let these are routinely placed on our web page, however we do not produce weekly or monthly listings although the website is monitored / updated on a regular basis. The properties are also advertised by our appointed agents more widely on a case by case basis.

Can the department please clarify if the libraries in Enfield are for sale? Can they also please specify if there is a monthly of weekly list updated by Enfield Council offering properties for sale? Is this a public document?
