Thank you for your enquiry.

The waste services team has advised me the regular crew who attend to the collections at this location have been absent from the round and a cover crew have been attending who are unaware of where all the bin locations are, in which they apologise for any inconvenience that may have been experienced.

They have confirmed a collection took place on 9th and 12th August 2024.

Enfield Council does encourage residents to report non collections via the Council website within 24 hours of the scheduled collection day. We do appreciate that this is not always possible for some residents, however by doing this the service can investigate the reason for the non-collection and resolve the matter sooner. Waste has not been collected for over two weeks for the entire court.

Its Fontaine Court N14 6lW. Been reported by numerous residents since Friday 2 Aug but no collection to date.
