The Waste Supervisor has advised me the missed collections occurred due to staffing and vehicle issues beyond our control.
The collection crews have been spoken to and reminded of the standard we expect when working for Enfield Council and the need to pay attention to ensure all bins are emptied on the scheduled collection day.
