We would like to apologise that this is now the fourth occasion where the Ivy Road recreational area in Southgate has not been cleared as expected. We fully understand the inconvenience and frustration this causes for residents and visitors who rely on this space being maintained to an acceptable standard.
I have followed up with the area supervisor regarding your concerns. They have confirmed that the clearance of the Ivy Road recreational area has now been prioritised and will be completed by the end of this week. We appreciate your patience while this is resolved.
We will continue to monitor the area closely to ensure that this issue does not recur. If you notice any further problems or have additional concerns, please do not hesitate to raise them so we can address them promptly.
