Further to my update regarding court proceedings running for nearly 12 months. I can advise we are back in court next month to allow the court to assess progress made by the defendant on the submission of a new application to redevelop the site. An application is currently with us but remains unregistered.
Sentencing for the unauthorised demolition on the front facade without permission is not until November this year, however we remain confident an application will be forthcoming to rectify the issues as a result of full demolition.

Good morning team can we please receive an update regarding the maze in pub that was demolished illegally in Southgate as you know this is in Southgate town centre? This piece of land I believe has been disputed and is currently in a legal battle between the council and the person who has demolished the structure however quite a significant time past now in fact I would say it would be years that this has been going on for and we have not reached a conclusion Is that the department really? Does make a conclusion in this situation because its been years that this issue has been in place We therefore receive a legal update give an estimated time decision for this application was about time of this space was used properly
