Thank you for your enquiry regarding deployment for Southgate.

Southgate forms part of the Zone 1 Tour. 2 Civil Enforcement Officers (CEO’s) are assigned to Southgate (Controlled Parking Zone and P&D), 1 for Cockfosters, 2 for Green Lanes/Aldermans Hill area and 1 mobile patrols all other areas.

Southgate is highlighted as a priority area due the illegal parking activity that takes place and Ashfield Parade has been receiving additional deployment specifically.

Businesses and residents are encouraged to report illegal parking for targeted enforcement at the time it is occurring by calling The Parking Shop on 020 3856 0036 Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm or by emailing EN01.communications@nsl.co.uk. Or email parking@enfield.gov.uk with information on specific locations, times and days that illegal parking takes place.

Can the department please confirm the number of traffic wardens assigned to Southgate ward and any daily or weekly rota if there is one? Businesses and residents are asking to make sure areas are being patroled.
