We refer to concerns regarding a car washing service working on vehicles parked on double yellow lines.

We are sorry that she feels no one attended to deal with the illegal parking. When we receive a request for enforcement, our parking contractor, NSL, will pass the details to a Civil Enforcement Officer to attend and take appropriate action. Please note this is not an immediate-response service. Attendance times can vary depending on officer availability and location, and in some cases, the vehicle may have moved on before an officer arrives.

It appears this particular vehicle did not receive a notice; however, we can confirm visits have been made to Pickard Close and several notices were issued last month to vehicles parked in contravention.

We will add this location to our parking contractor?s enforcement rota for additional visits over the next few weeks.
