Response details:

Dear Cllr Stephanos Ioannou,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The area in question is fully under the control of TFL and is cleansed on a regular basis.

Street Cleansing would not deal with over flowing bins on private land.

Regular visits take place and any issues are brought to the attention of TFL staff.

Regards
Ricky Andrews
Waste Enforcement Officer

Original enquiry description:

Can I please ask the department why if there is a cleaning team in Southgate every day cleaning the circus area- why the bins are not being emptied? Are these council or TFL bins?

Thank you

If they are TFL, why if we are still passing just not empty them so they do not overflow?

Thanks
