Thank you for your enquiry regarding several vehicles on The Vale, N14.
I have reviewed all vehicles shown in the attachments you provided and can confirm that each is currently taxed and does not meet the criteria of abandonment.
The revenue weight of the vehicles shown in the images is 3,500 kg. As the weight restriction on this road is 7.5 tonnes, the vehicles are operating within the permitted limit.
I attended the location on Monday, 26 January 2026, and noted that the unhitched trailer shown in the images remained in situ and was unhitched. As a result, a 7-day Common Law Notice has been affixed to the unhitched trailer. Should it remain unhitched once the notice period has expired, arrangements will be made for its removal.

Please see attached images from The Vale in Southgate of Abandoned vehicles. The situation is getting worse and its all one person. Please can we check license, tax, MOT, and also the weight of the vehicles so they are not over the 2Ton limit?
