Thank you for your enquiry regarding ongoing waste issues at Tudor Way, N14.
Waste Enforcement Officers will inspect Tudor Way when on routine patrol. Any waste found obviously fly-tipped in or around the bins will be searched for evidence and formal enforcement action taken where sufficient evidence allows.
In addition, I have made the Commercial Waste Officer aware of the issue, so that he can also keep an eye on the location when in the area. Any evidence found will be passed onto us for follow up action.

Can I please ask for the department to inspect the area around Tudor way in Southgate, I am certain that people are illegally dumping in the commercial bins. Fines should be issued by enforcemnet.
