Thank you for your enquiry regarding commercial waste issues on Crown Lane, N14.

The terracotta and grey Enfield Council marked sacks are commercial and residential waste presentation. This waste will be collected as part of a commercial waste agreement and as part of the scheduled household waste collection for the area, as long as they are presented appropriately.

The accumulation of waste by the commercial bin has been picked up by the Commercial Waste team and they have advised that the officer for the area will visit and speak to the business concerned. The business will be reminded regarding their responsibilities with respect to waste storage and presentation, and the officer will discuss the need for an increase of capacity/frequency of collection with regard to their waste arrangements.
