Response details:
Dear Cllr Stephanos Ioannou,
Thank you for your enquiry.
The Commercial Waste team has advised me they delivered 4 x 660 metal containers in the week commencing 09.02.2026 and the old non-Enfield plastic bins have been removed.
It has been confirmed the collection day for this location is a Thursday.
The Waste Enforcement team have been tasked to visit the location to view if there is any evidence of fly tipping.
Should a missed collection be experienced of bulk bins, this should be reported by contacting the Customer Services team by telephone 020 8379 1000 or alternatively by Live Chat on the Enfield Council website.
I hope I have answered your enquiry.
Yours sincerely

Original enquiry description:
Thank you for your assistance at the end of 2025 concerning uncollected rubbish for Manor House, Crown Lane, Southgate N14 5EP.
I regret to inform you that this is an ongoing problem; there is a further collection of rubbish that has accumulated over the past three weeks. This is clearly a health risk and some of the residents are families with young children.
Please may I ask you again to use you influence to rectify the situation before it escalates further. I am aware that there is an outbreak of measles within the Borough, and in my opinion the uncollected rubbish presents a similar health risk if not kept under control.
Photos of the recent rubbish build up are attached.
Yours Sincerely
