The cheque presentation of £2,200 for NEPOMAK UK fundraising efforts from Three Peaks Challenge took place on Saturday the 9th of February 2019 at the Cypriot Community Centre in Wood Green. The funds are to be shared by the Cypriot Community Centre and the UK Thalassaemia International Federation.
On the same day NEPOMAK UK gave back to the community by hosting a tournament of the well-loved Cypriot café classic backgammon (tavli), at the Cypriot Community Centre in Wood Green, to celebrate their success in raising these funds. The winner of the Tavli competition was Christos Orthodoxo.
