Dear All,

PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT SCHEME

Road Name: Chase Side N14 – Osidge Primary School to Osidge Lane

A section of the above road has been identified for pavement improvement. Please see the attached letter (which includes a plan) that has been delivered to residents, notifying them of the works.

The work is scheduled to start on Monday 20th July 2026and will last for approximately 8 weeks. The scheduled dates could be subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.

For further information on the pavement improvement scheme, please refer to the Road and Pavement Maintenance. on the council website.

    Long overdue improvements but very much welcome. Hopefully, good enough work will be performed!
    Burleigh gardens pavements are also long overdue for repairs, wobbly dangerous slabs throughout, I personally tripped over many times, my partner too and twice fell, luckily no serious injuries but lots people complain. How soon BG to be resurfaced/ repaired?

      Hi Milena, Burleigh Gardens is part split between the London borough of Enfield and the London borough of Barnet. With that said I assumed that they would have to be some corporation and shared funding between the two local authorities. At the moment I have not heard of any plans to renew the pavement there on the Enfield side.
