Dear Department,
I am concerned as to the state of the area around the back of Southgate Circus, namely Tudor Way N14. Can we please ensure:
1- A team attends the area and removes all excess rubbish from around the bins, as this is a health hazard to residents.
2- Can we please have a more frequent cleaning attendance to this area, thus increase collections from two to three a week.
3- Can we please monitor the area to see exactly who is tipping all this excessive rubbish.

Thank you for your enquiry, the service have reported on going access issues to the bin stores due to parking. The road in general is very narrow.
We have now increased collections to this location to three times a week to help reduce the over fill. The area is known as a fly tip area.
I will speak to highways and parking enforcement to see if there is anything else that can be done, Street scene are also monitoring the area.
I have a team going in tomorrow to clear. Then going forward collection will be scheduled Mon -Wed -Fri
