I write in response to your enquiry dated 3 October 2023 regarding the alleged XL Bully dogs living in Park View, N21.
The Housing Gateway team is Enfield’s private housing company, the Housing Gateway team takes complaints of anti-social behaviour, noise and nuisance very seriously and will investigate and take necessary action where required. Therefore, we thank you for raising your concerns, which have been passed to the Housing Gateway officer XXXXX and XXXX to investigate.
An inspection was carried out at the property on 26 September, during which no indications of the dogs residing in the premises were observed.
Where matters may be of criminal nature, we request there are reported to the police. Our property management team are actively working to resolve any issues which relate to tenancies. I understand that the matter has already been referred to the police who will be investigating the alleged incidents, and should anything relevant be brought to our attention we will of course act accordingly.
