MAZE INN Re-Development in Chase Side, London N14 5BP

This is a message sent to ward Councillors from the architects responsible for the re-development application mentioned in the subject title. We are publicising this to give the opportunity for members of the community to also know and come to the event. We as ward Councillors will also be there:

Point of clarification: Looking at the application and the quality of the proposed re-development all three ward Councillors agree that this development will be a positive to Southgate town centre. We are supporting this application and are asking the department to work together and positively with the developer to see this through. All your ward Councillors believe that the site should and must be developed for the benefit of the appearance and also the general aesthetics of the high street which desperately needs improvement.

Dear Sir or Madam,

We write to you to inform you of an exciting new development in your area.

7 Chase Side, London N14 5BP  will be a small but interesting mixed use scheme comprising 11 residential apartments of different size and tenure and commercial opportunities at ground, lower ground and partially first floor level. We attach for your reference some additional information as well as a feedback consultation form.

Please feel free to contact us or come to our free exhibition on the 6th of June at The Southgate Club, 17 Chase Side, N14 5BR between 12 to 4pm to gather more information, make any suggestion or discuss any concerns you might have with the design team.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We are looking forward to seeing you there or receiving your feedback.

Note: Website software does not allow me to upload the supporting documents. Should you require them please email me at cllr.stephanos.ioannou@enfield.gov.uk and I will forward. Thank you.

  1. Hi Joe. I will try but of course anyone is allowed to occupy a commercial unit. From the looks of it seems sensible and a nice reputable company will take fingers crossed. See your point.
