Thank you for your report of leaves in Chase Road and a flytip in Hillside Grove
The Senior Chargehand for the area inspected both roads and found the area on Chase Road to be below standards with regards to mulched down leaves.
He arranged for this to be cleansed, which was completed on Tuesday 7/3/23
He also investigated the flytip, however we will only clear flytipped waste from the public highway, the items in question (which looked to be at least one dismantled chest of drawers), were on private property so we will not be removing these.
The matter has been passed to our Waste Enforcement Unit to follow up with the landowner/resident to remove the items themselves
